You have 14 days to return.

If the ordered product doesn't fit you after all, you have 14 days from the day of receiving the shipment, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

How to return a product — step by step

1. Contact us at boutique.justluxe@gmail.com or use withdrawal form (from the Terms and Conditions) and inform us of your desire to return.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging, with tags, and without any signs of use.
3. Odeślij paczkę na adres: ul. Panieńska 5 lok. 23, 03-704 Warszawa, w ciągu 14 dni od zgłoszenia zwrotu.
4. After receiving and checking your package, we will refund your money to the same account/card you used for payment, within a maximum of 14 days.

The cost of returning the package to us is covered by the customer.

Return policy

• The product must be unused, with no signs of wear, washing, or alterations.
• Labels and original markings must remain intact.
• Please attach the receipt or order number – this speeds up the identification of the shipment.

Discounted and sale products

Produkty z wyprzedaży podlegają zwrotowi na tych samych zasadach co pozostałe — prawo do zwrotu w ciągu 14 dni obowiązuje niezależnie od tego, czy produkt był przeceniony.

Complaints (product defect)

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a warranty claim. Write to us at boutique.justluxe@gmail.com, describe the problem and attach photos — we will review the report within 14 days. Details at Terms and Conditions.
